Was going to Packers themed Birthday party and saw that El Carrusel made different colored Conchas. Stopped by and they were able to assist and made so tasty green and gold conchas . Everyone at the party loved them...

The casamiento in the breakfast is just nasty
The egg is nasty save your self the trouble and drive to the one on victory.
I have complained and they said that's just the way we do it here at this location -

A really cool place to get pupusas for a reasonable price. They also serve fresh baked pan dulce, agua fresa, food, and custom cakes.
Every time I come here it is easy to see the food is made with love. The food is newly cooked and it is legitimate El Salvadorian food. I love getting pan dulce here, again, because it is so fresh.
They accept all major credit cards here so a big plus. Parking can suck, but just be patient. -

I was told El Carrusel has the best pupusas in the Valley, so after my neighbor bought me some to try a few months ago, I knew I had to come back. Parking is ridiculous, but as others mentioned, it's worth the hassle.
FOOD:
Pupusas Queso and Pupusas Queso con Chicharron: These are the same kinds my neighbor bought me, so I ordered for me. Each pupusa is large and stuffed well, and you can tell from all the cheese oozing out of both. The cheese they use is savory and not too salty, but the ones with chicharron are still my favorite.
The first batch of curtido I tried was too heavy on the oregano, but the batch I received when I bought on my own was on point. Their salsa is good. Service was freindly even amidst all the customers coming in and out.
I've only had pupusas from a few places, but the ones served at El Carrusel are really good. While I want to compare it with other places, I'll probably come back at least one more time before I do. -

Don't be intimidated by the crazy parking during rush hour, YOU WILL GET A SPOT!
We usually come here for breakfast times and that's also when it seems the busiest. There's usually a line but the employees really go through orders pretty quickly.
The pupusas here are pretty good. I wish they would cook them a bit longer so the outside is a little crispy but the flavor was good. They made some fresh cheese only pupusas when we went last (our kids will not eat the cheese and loroco). The curtido (cabbage salad?) and salsa are bomb! We also get plátanos fritos which never disappoint. The portion is pretty good and they fill up the whole container.
The atol de elite was ehhh. Needed more flavor. The place is pretty small and wish there was more space to sit comfortable, I do suggest ordering to go! Also, I do feel it's pretty pricy considering other pupusas places but somehow I keep coming back.
Oh yeah they also have pan dulce and many other plates that I'm sure are just as delicious.
